You will leave with a clearer picture of what is working, what is not, and where to focus next. It is obligation-free and currently available at no cost until 30th June 2025.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. We define the goals, scope, and outcomes together. From there, I recommend the best service or package. Most projects are completed in phases and invoiced fortnightly or monthly based on work completed.

This depends on the scope, but most projects take between two and six weeks. Larger or more complex work may take longer. You will always receive a realistic timeframe at the start.

Yes! Ongoing support packages are available for clients who want regular advice, reporting help, or operational guidance. This is ideal for businesses in transition, growing quickly, or without in-house analysts or process leads.

Absolutely. That is exactly where I come in. If something is not working but you cannot quite name it, we can start with a Health Check or a discovery session to help you gain clarity.

Invoices are issued fortnightly or monthly depending on the engagement. Payment is due within seven days. A deposit may be required to secure your project. Full terms and conditions are available on the Services page.

Most services are delivered online via video call and email, which means I can work with businesses anywhere in Australia. In-person sessions may be available depending on location and availability.
